Beginning Sewing Series
This is a series of four 2-hour classes with an emphasis on recycling and reusing materials. Projects include cloth napkins, produce or laundry bags, and pillows.
Get ready to learn new techniques, meet fellow sewing enthusiasts, and have a blast!

During each class meeting we are working on a different project and all supplies are included. Our projects are designed to be fun and easy for beginners. It’s a small group of up to 6 students and we’re going to have a great time sewing together!
In this hands-on class you will learn about seams and hems, as well as easy techniques to install drawstrings, buttons, and zippers.
You are encouraged to bring your own sewing machine with power cord, foot control, accessories, and instruction manual. No sewing machine? No problem! You can reserve a classroom machine when you purchase your Beginning Sewing Series ticket.
Refund Policy: No refunds if you miss a class, arrive late, or have to leave early.
Please note: the classroom is upstairs on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator
Sewing classes are for all humans ages 13+ and adults who are ok walking up stairs
