Join us to breathe, stretch and sing inspiring songs and sacred chants in English, Sanskrit, Hebrew and Latin.
Guitar by Vince Caratti, harmonium and flute by Hannah.
* This session Duane Light will play bansuri flute at the beginning and also during the relaxation time after Hannah chants

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, water and a blanket or sweater

Hannah Caratti, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher,
has been teaching Gentle Yoga for 25 years and loves sharing the peace and joy that flows from the practice of yoga and healing songs.
She has created 4 CDs of healing music. A psychotherapist in private practice since 2011, she specializes in “Somatic (body-oriented)
Practices for Anxiety, PTSD and Stress Reduction. Trained in Iyengar Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, and “Synergy Yoga”,
